Kolba Masterclass will host top professionals in a variety of fields, from technology to business management and the arts.
By attending these webinars, you will get:

– an opportunity for professional orientation and acquisition of new skills
– familiarity with the requirements of the employers in specific fields both in Armenian and International markets (this will be covered by invited HR speakers)
The first Kolba Masterclass webinar is dedicated to the profession of digital artists. Digital artists are the people, who work in the field of digital/creative art and create 3D animation, interactive website graphics, and other designs.
We are hosting Armen Kocharyan, the founding director of Wearm School Armenia, who established the Wearm School in 2018. The school had more than 40 groups of graduates so far. They offer 4-month-long courses in animation, video editing, graphic design, and other digital arts. Armen will talk about the nuances, education, and possible career growth paths of this profession, and will share his and his team’s experience in this field.
The second speaker of the webinar is Arpi Karapetyan, the human resources manager who faced the trouble of finding digital artists during her career. She is the founder of COWO. COWO is a comfortable co-working environment for creative individuals and teams. During this webinar, Arpi will talk about what kind of digital artists employers are looking for in the Armenian and international markets.
