Every year Human Development Report (HDR) is published by Human Development Report Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The report measures and reports on the development of human capital globally, focusing on three key areas such as health, education and living standards.

UNDP’s global 2019 Human Development Report –“Beyond Income, Beyond Averages, and Beyond Today” – will be launched on 9 December  2019 in countries around the world, including Armenia.

We are also sharing the preliminary findings of the National Human Development Report 2018/19 “The Right to the Future: Youth Changing Armenia.”  In any debate on the future development of Armenia the voice and participation of youth is of paramount importance. As the future of the country, their vision and views are essential to address future challenges. And as the Government of Armenia is working on a long term vision for the country’s development – Armenia Transformation Strategy 2050 – voices of youth can become a cornerstone of the future development path for the country.
